i made the nyt peanut ones and the mortadella ones and i thought both were really unique and delicious! i will definitely be making the peanut butter ones again soon. they had a great depth of flavor and i think the brown butter was a worthy addition.

This is a great list! I really want to try those matcha black sesame and peanut brown butter cookies. They both look perfect. As an aside, I struggle with Sarah Fennel’s refusal to use weighted measurements, however, the cookie bark looks really good, so I may have to make them and weigh as I bake for future.
